- When booking with a gift voucher, reservations cannot be made online. Please call the hotel reservations team on (02) 9288 7180 and quote your voucher number when enquiring.
- Hotel gift vouchers can only be used towards accommodation charges.
- When making a reservation, the voucher number must be quoted and the voucher presented at check-in.
- Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either in full or in part, for cash.
- Vouchers must be used in one stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
- Lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers will not be reissued.
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
